16x32 Gifs help

Hi,

I was finally able to set up my 32x32 LED matrix panel and I purchased a 16x32 LED matrix panel for other purposes. My question is whether or not there are any 16x32 gifs available.

Also, is there a sketch that is available where I can enter my own text, similar to the “MultipleTextLayers” sketch and have gifs play as well? I am very new to this and I’m not familiar with the coding. I know enough to change sketches but I am unable to create new ones. I would like to create my own text and gifs and hopefully share it. Could you please help direct me to the right website or tutorial so that I can learn? So far I found this tutorial:Test Example Code | 32x16 and 32x32 RGB LED Matrix | Adafruit Learning System
but it doesn’t work for the Teensy and shield.

I’m not aware of any 16x32 gif collections but you can make your own:

You can try to add text into the animated gifs sketch, copying from the multiple text layers sketch will probably get you pretty far. Take a look at some basic Arduino or teensy tutorials to learn a bit about how Arduino sketches work
