2 x 64x32 displays help

This is a shout out to Jason :)… or anyone else that maybe able to help

Hi Jason messaged you on your youtube channel, just loved the 64x64, had a 64x32 already and had another on order. finally it arrived today. All working except one problem, the ribbon they supply is to short, in fact i have 6 ribbons all to short lol…is there anyway the bottom panel can be rotated 180 degrees, or is it i just have to get a longer ribbon… any help would be great

Hey, I haven’t tried this configuration yet, but you might try changing the options and use SMARTMATRIX_OPTIONS_C_SHAPE_STACKING as mentioned here: GitHub - pixelmatix/SmartMatrix: SmartMatrix Library for Teensy 3, Teensy 4, and ESP32

Thanks Jason i will try that. I did try soldering 2 ribbons together, but did not do a good job so have ordered a longer ribbon. In the mean time i will give that a go and let you know how i get on.
