and i am going to get few of these want to confirm if it will work with smartmatrix library.
have a nice day.

I haven’t bought this one, but checking the description, it looks like it is probably a standard 64x32 16S panel. It will probably work fine with SmartMatrix.

thanks for kind reply. i am getting this right now. it’s very cheap as compared to other sellers. and also offering free shipping.

My pleasure, Muhammad. If it works for you, let everyone know. I think a lot of people are looking for a good source of inexpensive LED modules. :slightly_smiling_face:

FYI: I bought 10 of the 64x32 panels. They are advertised as 1/16 scanning, but they are actually 1/8 scanning. Louis just added support for these with the SM_PANELTYPE_HUB75_32ROW_64COL_MOD8SCAN option. If your panels don’t display properly with MOD16SCAN, try this.

I use https://www.amazon.com/s?i=merchant-items&me=A1QIWERAQGCBKO . It’s not the absolute cheapest, but they get me panels that work, and if for some reason the wrong panels get shipped (new chip), they’ve exchanged them for me in the past.

Hi,

I bought a 64x32 panels from aliexpress, but I failed to run it.
I’ve tested serveral libraries and none works. Panel has ICN2037 chip.
If anyone can help

Greetings. I have two 64x32 P2 panels purchased separately. One uses the ICN2037 chips, the other uses GS6238S chips. They both work fine on a Raspberry Pi, but the latter does not work with Teensy 3.5 w/ Smart Matrix Shield. I get flickering gibberish colors and noise.
Incidentally, both are not RGB but RBG. So I had to change the color order in the software.

I can’t find a datasheet on the GS6238S, but it might be an ABC panel, which isn’t supported by SmartMatrix Library, more details: HUB75 Panels · pixelmatix/SmartMatrix Wiki · GitHub

Interesting! I too, could find no data or specs on that chip; just references to panels using it.
