Display images / gifs text from pc via usb lead

Hey Guys’
is it possible to display text / gifs / bmps direct from a pc using the usb lead ? Any examples that can be referenced?

Hi I use the Aurora repo and Aurora Web Server Application repo from jasoncoon

Connect the matrix via USB an over the web browser you can control the matrix change pattern, type in text and send gifts to it
