Can it be controlled using ESP32 or STM32?
Thank you for those who want to help, I’m still very beginner in this matter

Most likely not, I don’t know of a library that supports this chip:

I agree. I use the SmartMatrix library with an ESP32. It works with panels using older ICN driver chips, like the ICN2038S. Those chips do not allow for the higher refresh rates (3840 Hz), as is specified in your specs.

Find an LED module that uses the ICN2038S, and the SmartMatrix ESP32 library is great.

ICN2038 driver is not the only one that can be used. A table contains a list of drivers supported by the DMD_STM32 library.

With the exception of S-PWM chips ICDN2153, FM6353 and 6363, all drivers marked in green will work with SmartMatrix

I didn’t know about this table. That is an excellent resource!
