Hi everyone, I created a few new visualizers

I had a bit free time and learned how numeric solvers work. Come over to the FastLED subreddit, the first model runs already on an ESP32, so on a Teensy this stuff will fly.

Or check out my latest experiments, I documented all of it on Reddit.

Here is first working C++ code.

Here on a small 22x22 LED matrix:

Here a simple test on a 48x32 LED matrix. Still over 30fps on an ESP32.

Over the weekend I build some basic obstacle handling and also improved the colormapping.

It is not perfect, but it is fast.

How about flow maps to direct the advection direction in any way you want?

Here a short commented video demonstartion.

Is Louis still around here?

Hey Stefan, I’m around just not active. I’ve been watching what you’ve been posting on the Fastled subreddit, very impressive! I’m taking a multi year pause on LED stuff, but plan to get back to it eventually. Excited to see what you come up with next!
