Many LEDs RGB colors don't work on 32x32 8s panel

Hi

I have a 32x32 8 scan panel.
But many of the LED’s primary colors (RGB) don’t work.
In the attached image, is all LEDs sat to white.
I was thinking about if this was an incorrectly configuration from my side?

I will be surprise if so many LED’s was bad.

What’s the board you use? In case of using 3.3v boards - Teensy, ESP32, STM32 … you may need to add a logic level converter on all HUB75 signal lines.

A Teensy 4.1 with SMARTLED SHIELD. So should have logic level converter.
