Teensy 4.0 with P6 96x128 1/8 scan

Hi Louis,
Thank you very much for SmartMatrix Library.
I have tested the SmartMatrix library with a teensy 4.0 and RGB Panel P6 32x32 1/8 scan and it worked.
My display size 96x128.

nice, exciting to see that you can get much higher resolutions with teensy 4 now (@lemuroid has also been doing that)

yep, I maxxed out at 128 x 192.
