Updated version of Aurora

Is there an updated version of Aurora that runs with newer libraries? Im using smartshield v4 and Teensy 3.6. All the FastLed demos, and the GFX demos work…just wont compile for Aurora. If not, is there anything better I can be using with my hardware. Thanks
